We're a local shop, not a national franchise. That means our coverage is real — not subcontracted to whoever happens to be in the area. When you book a site visit, the same team that walks the building does the install and answers the support calls.
For projects in our primary service areas (Louisville Metro, Elizabethtown, Radcliff and immediate surroundings), we typically schedule site visits within a few business days. Bigger projects or further-out properties may need a slightly longer lead time, but we'll always quote a realistic timeline upfront.
