How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
During business hours (Mon-Fri 8–8, Sat 10–8, Sun 12–8) we typically respond the same day. After-hours messages get a response first thing the following business day.
Do you charge for site visits or quotes?
No — initial site walkthroughs and quotes are free for homes and small businesses. You'll get a clear, written quote before any work begins.
What information should I have ready?
A general sense of the property (home or business, size, location), what you're trying to accomplish (cameras, alarm, network, etc.), and any timeline. We'll figure out the rest at the walkthrough.
Do you handle emergencies after-hours?
For service plan customers, yes — via the priority support contact in your turnover docs. For non-plan customers, we respond after-hours on a best-effort basis.
Do you take over existing systems?
Yes. We regularly take over alarm, camera, and access control systems that were installed by other vendors. We start with an audit, document the system, and either maintain it as-is or recommend specific upgrades.
